I ordered my BGASH the day they went up and am yet to be billed (it is VERY close though) I would guess you would have a similar if not longer wait.

BG ASH ordered 06AUG15,
Billed on 14OCT15.
Billing occurs 7 to 14 days before shipping. Looks like 11-13 weeks from order to delivery for the BG ASH. Expect a similar lag for the BG TG.

I would expect at least 2 months from what I have seen with the BG ASH that I ordered well after it was released.
