What is there to report? It does not say Busse on it. So even though it is a pure rip off I am not sure that there is anything that can be proven out of court to ebay.
 
The lower front talon hole a registered trademark of Busse. A quick google search returns a quote from 2003 where Jerry himself says that is the case and that he doesn't want people using that registered trademark. So one could argue that there is in fact something to report. Not trying to be argumentative but rather just adding to the conversation.

I know it is and you are right. I guess my point is that a trademark is much harder to fight than an obvious name on the knife. I agree with you that it can be done, but this knife is coming from China, that talon hole means squat to the chinese who copy everything. Busse would have to send talon hole trademark documentation to ebay legal before ebay acts on it, just someones word is not good enough. However, if the knife said Busse on it, then it is an obvious fake and no documentation is needed. That was my point. But again, I have not had to deal with this, so who knows. I guess we will know when the knife is either gone or still up.

If you have a patent or a trademark, you must defend it. If you do not, you effectively give up your right to do so later. Jerry probably doesn't care a bit about these crappy knockoffs. But let's say cold steel, kershaw or one of the other well known makers started copying the talon hole. If he lets this crappy knockoff slide, it becomes much harder to defend his trademark when he really needs to.

Even the sheath pictured is a rip off of one of Skyler's early designs !! My guess is a TGLB package was bought secondhand (sadly probably here) and used at the basis of this arsedouchery.

That's close enough for Walking Dead wannabes costumes,.especially with Halloween coming up soon. Real Busse customers demand INFI because of the performance not Daryl. Hopefully a piglet or two won't be tricked by these.

The real concern is OP2W. When are the Desert Storm Fighters coming out. Sage / Camo / OD Black G10 :-)
