So a question for those with both .. Is there much of a difference in terms of functionality in terms of a general do all woods/camp knife. Granted there is the different grinds and top edge tip geometry but just wondering if I need to break down and add the TGLB to the fold... I love my blade 2014 Gemini as well as all the infi steel I own... Just wondering if I should spend my extra cash on the tglb ... And yes in honor of the man and all the great people at Busse I am actually drinking knob creek... $50 for the small bottle but well worth it ... Probably explains why I am posting such a redundant question... Crap... I need a refill... Feel free to post input... And I will probably end up placing my ordering the morning

Cheers

TG > TGLB in my opinion --- spend your money on an ASHBM while you still can

I've had both. Gave my original TG to my best friend. I prefer my TGLBs a bit more, faster in the hand and cuts better for me. But I would buy another original TG just because.

Excellent question, already have a TGLB waiting on a TG. I like a heavy knife but love the size of both knives. Order is about a month in, long wait! Anxious to see others opinions.

I think the only thing keeping me from spending on the lb is the hollow grind. I'll wait for the crusader to be a shop offering. Or not.

Buy an ASHBM for cheap while you can.

Blade Show version....are you guys talking about the nice satin swedge point ones without the fuller (I think....kind of embarrassed, because I have one but can't seen to describe it properly!)?

Mmm, can't go wrong with any of them...

I have used the TGLB and TG14, but not the CS due to it's rarity. I prefer the heavier weight of the original a little bit more, but both are great blades!

The hollow grind is sooooo shallow. I was a bit worried/wonder-y about it myself, but it's perfect for versatility.
