Team Leader?

When the Flash model was announced, there was also another model that I believe was called the Team Leader to be offered in the future. It looked like a much better fit for me than the Flash.
I was wondering if there were still plans to release this model soon, and if so, what might be the estimated release date?

I am so glad that someone else heard that rumour. I posted the same question a few months ago and several people responded that there is no plans to build such a knife.
 
The knife was shown, but it is currently in limbo, according to what I have heard. :confused: I don't think there is a firm release date...:(
How about the original Team Leader...:D
 
Thanks for the replies to my question. I am sorry to hear that it appears the Team Leader has been pulled from production. It looked like a very good design and would have been a excellent addition to the SOG line.
 
Bobby will you please quit posting that pics it brings back bad memorys of being broke in the 80's and haveing to pass up that monster :D :D :D God I hope that SOG decides to bring that back I got to handle one once upon a time and wanted it soo bad but my dad didnt think it wise to buy his young son a big expensive knife and then let him go out in the woods in the back of the house. Damn I wish I had been older and had money back then.

I wouldn't say "pulled from production"... I prefer to think delayed...;)

Actually they DO show up, but rarely. When they do, they are expensive... I've heard of large sums being asked, though I don't know what was actually paid (if it was...);)
