I can`t take it, I know if it was me I`d have to see it, so I will quit teasing you guys and just go ahead and show you the whole dang thing. It isn`t totally finished yet but will be soon. The sheath will be a whole "nother" thing...keep your eyes open to see that.
My wife says I do my best work after midnight...( LOL I just realized that could be taken the wrong way! ) but yes every thought on this knife came to me in the "weee" hours, Just like "The Winning Hand" did.

so without further adue, I present my version of a "sunday go to meetin knife" or a sophisticated gentle man`s evening wear knife..lol

Beautiful knife Ron - and I love the pocket watch - but how about some details please? Like about the cool-looking damascus. And is that gold lip mop or something synthetic for the handle?

Cheers,

Roger

That is a beauty! I hope you can make more of that damascus!! Love that filework. Yup! I'd like to hear more about the specs too & possibly a pix of the sheath?

Hey thanks for the great comments guys!
Ok here are he specs:

6 3/4" total
3 1/4" blade
gold lip MOP ( a first for me )
red spacer material
and the damascus is...well we`ll just call it "ooops damascus" 1084 & 15n20. It was supposed to be a different pattern, it sure didn`t turn out as cool as I thought it would, but I think I might be able to repeat it...well as close as damascus can be repeated..lol
As for the sheath, I`m trying to locate some Ostrich leather, the idea is for a very closely fitttted leather sheath wih red accens and an ostrich overlay...really..it looks good in my head anyways..lol
So what do you guys think?

I think it looks great!
I think full quill ostrich leather would look great with that knife. I like ostrich leg as well, but that might be too busy for it.
The red accents will be a great match for the red spacers.
