Tech Locks

Will tech locks work on bk 11 sheaths? Im looking to get my first becker today and was wondering before i check out. Thanks

The spacing is wrong for a large I dont know about a small. However the Ka-Bar TDI clip is made for it and works great think it was about 7-8 bucks.

Yeh tdi clip is the way to go if your keeping the stock sheath. Plan to upgrade? Azwelke sets up his kydex grommets spaced for tekloks

http://www.knifeworks.com/bladetechtheklip.aspx, Im looking at the clip that is shown in the link, I know the tdi clip will work but knife works doesnt stock them and I saw these and though they would be interesting for pocket carry. Im looking to save a few bucks with shipping becasue im picking up a few other things plus they hae 5% off until midnight.

I got the TDI clip for mine. Works great on my belt but you will need to come up with a different way to attach it to molle webbing.

The large Tek Lok will not fit a stock bk 11 sheath. That one says its fits the same as Tek Lok so it wont work.

Like Clich already said, for $20 you can get a much better Bk 11 kydex sheath from Azwelke and it will fit the Tek Lok.

I drilled mine too, and the tek-lok works just fine. been edc'ing it for a while now with no problems. No worries of it slipping off either.

Did you guys use the rubber washers or just skip them? Don't seem to fit with them.

The mini tek-locks have 13/64" (or is it 7/32?) holes, 0.5" on center.
The bolts are usually 3/16" in diameter so there's a tiny bit of wiggle room for fitting, which is locked down by the rubber washers.

The bolts are too short to use the washers on mine. Even without the washers my bolts are barley half way through the nut. But seems solid and I have been EDC'ing it and really like it. Maybe I will try to find some longer bolts one of these days when I make it to a hardware store.
