I can’t send out direct messages, even a single letter won’t work, and I can’t ask for helps because it continually determines my message as spam-like text, it’s been 30 hours, reaching for help!
I have no other ways to draw attention, I’m sorry

Starting a thread in Tech Support is the correct method for obtaining technical help.

are you using a phone or a PC?

One of the fellas who had a similar issue said he thought he tied it to an issue with his VPN. Are you using a VPN, and if so, which one?

I'm asking questions so that Spark Spark has information to work with. There have been a couple of complaints with users having issues with DMs. I'm not certain how they worked out other than the guy who said he had a VPN issue.

No sir I live in DC, just using local networks
 
I've reached the end of my abilities. We'll need to wait for Spark to see if he can help you.
