Technical question on knife photos

I am new to this forum and have a few knives to sell, so here's my question: what resolution is best for photos on this site. I have inserted a few @ 800X600 and then 1200X1000, but they come out so small. How do you get those nice larger photos I see everyone else has? I figure there is a limit you can insert, but don't know what it is.

Sorry for such a basic question, but I would greatly appreciate ay help offered.

I believe it's because you're copying links to thumbnails. Copy the "direct image" link instead.

If you have pics uploaded to Bladeforums, click on your Profile, and go to your Albums.

View the picture you want to put in a post, and at the bottom of the displayed photo are two boxes.

One is the Picture URL code, the other is the BB code: .

Highlight and copy the [IMG] and paste it in your post, this will display it in this fashion.
