Yesterday I went to a knife show in Lewisbug PA and picked up this
knife with a little out of the ordinary looks,
but a trusty wharncliff blade that is quite handy
A2 blade steel

Made by Ted Moore, from Elizabethtown PA

Ok, taking Guesses as to what do you think the scales were made from and I'll give you
a hint, they were not camel bone, nor cow bone, so think a little harder :)
AND folks that were at the Lewisburg PA knife show need not try, no fair ;)

Good guess, but nope, not giraffe bone, this will be a tough one for you guys/gals to figure out!!!

Nice score Gary ! I love Wharns and that knife looks a little vicous to me.

Thanks, it is quite SHARP as well, thin edged thing of beauty!
have to make a sheath for her yet, will handle that when I get back
from my up coming trip, hate to leave her home but would hate even
more to lose her in my baggage!!

Comfortable grip, design is very nice, scales could stand to be a little thicker
but, it should work fine, will use it as an edc later on.

Real interesting knife...Dont forget to show it with your sheath when you finish.

I'll do that, it'll be a few weeks as I'm away for work right now
and surely miss that little knife, didn't dare pack it for my trip :(
