I just purchased a Ted Williams Tungston Carbide Schrade knife. I never saw this before and I'm interested in any history; Date, Value, How its manufactured? Etc.

The tungsten carbide blades are a fairly rare oddity, and yes, Sears did buy them as one of their fixed blade patterns. You have to show me the knife for me to tell you much about it, but meanwhile, here is a thread where the 148STC is shown and discussed.
