Teflon Blade coating?

I was looking through the online sheffield knife supply catalogue and I noticed they had teflon sheets - Page 34 or somewhere around there. Are these for coating the blade? If so how do you do it? Has anyone done this before?
Thanks, I'm real interested in blade coatings, right now I'm thinking about a spray on from brownells, but if I could get teflon I would.

The teflon sheet you're looking at is for punching out washers for folding knives. I have no experience with blade coatings, but I believe the black teflon coatings are sprayed on.

Look at Gun-Kote and air brush it on. Colors available and TOUGH with built in lubricating... for the right application. Could never get myself to do a blade. Gun parts (internal and surface) and handle applications are fine uses.
