Teflon oil to lube knives?

I'd imagine that would be good. I've used lithium grease, rem oil, and a lube similar to that. I just got into nano oil, you pay a good price but it shipped in minutes literally and I tried it on my SMF today and holy crap, it is slicker than snot. Smoothest opening I've experienced. Nano oil is amazing

I simply use whatever I have around for my guns, i.e. FP-10.

Have heard Nano Oil is indeed amazing, but very pricey.

Define "bike"? If bicycle, I generally use Rock-n-Roll Extreme and on motorcycle chains, a commercial quality o-ring chain lube.

ETA: Depends on climate as well. Here in MT, it's "high desert". VERY dry and dusty. Running things wet here turns everything into a fine, abrasive slurry...

The only Teflon lubricant I have used is DuPont Silicone Teflon and it works well on everything. There are better lubricants out there, but not many that are a measly $4 for a 4oz bottle. For the price, I highly doubt you will find a better lubricant.

I use Mineral Oil. Natural, healthy, does not make wood scales gunky and seems to do the trick.

I used mineral oil for quite some time, but I have found Hoppes 9 (lube, not cleaner) to be a little better, but Silicone Teflon is pretty significantly better, or at least it was for me.

I've not used Teflon oil on knives. I have used it on calipers with bad results. Calipers have little gears and such in them and are more closed. The Teflon powder in the oil built up in there and gunked everything up. It took a lot of flushing with light oil to (only) improve things.

Knives are more open, but something to think about.

For a bike chain, the current champion seems to be NFS Chain Lube, which is a "wet" lube. I find it to be fabulous. For small pivot points, such as on derailleurs and brakes, I like SteelShield or MPC Firepower oils. "Dry" lubes will disappear quickly in any context; there are many, many web forum threads about the pros and cons of bike chain lubes. Even more than the knife forum threads about lube.

On folding knives, the two mentioned above are excellent, but GunButter is even better. Those were all developed for firearms.

I use Rem Oil on both my firearms and knives. It has teflon in it or they say it does. Break Free would also be a good flexible choice.
