I receiveced my Tek-loc in the mail the other day. Thanks Jeff and mike! Well I am trying to mount my shealth vertical on to it and it looks like I can only mount two holes on one side of it at one time, either the two middle ones on the left or the two middle ones on the right. Am I doing something wrong, or is that the way it is?

Yes. The tek-loks typically only mount to one side, otherwise your sheaths width would be limited to the width of the tek-lok. I've used one mounted on my RC-4 for months and haven't had any issues with bending or breakage.

Just remember to use the rubber washers between the sheath and the tek-lok. it helps to aline the sheath and gives the system a bit of a cushion in case it gets caught on something.

I do like the tek-loc on my duty belt the only question I have and I hope Jeff or Mike can answer this. When I was putting the tek-loc on my belt, I had to take off the "bar" that would adjust the loc for the width of the belt. Well it moves around, not much but it moves. I am not complaining. Just curious, the ones I received in the mail what size are they? I am looking at playing a another large order for my co-workers (I know, I am such a nice guy!) and want to get the right ones. No, I don't know the size of my duty belt. But if needed, I can find out.

You have the large Tec-loc if it has a width adjustment bar. They're made to fit a duty belt with the spacer removed but due to all the different brands and widths of a "standard" duty belt, there can be a bit of play.

The only other size is a small version and it's not going to fit a duty belt.

I've seen people glue a square peice of rubber into the non moving side of the tec-loc, thus making it sit a bit tighter and not be able to slide around as much.

I've also put bicycle innertube around the belt before clicking the tec-loc on.

Does the tek-lok work on the RC-4 as a horizontal carry?

Just picked up my first RAT this week and am loving it so far!
