Tek Lok BK2

Debating on whether or not I want to order a Tek Lok for my BK2, and I am assuming I am going to have to drill holes in the kydex. What size bit is gonna make this fit the best?

The large tek lok works great with it. No need to drill holes at all.

I added the large Tek Lok to my BK2 sheath and always wonder why I didnt do it sooner.

You guys are awesome! Once I get some 3/8 in cable clamps and attach my firesteel, I will post some pics of my BK2 with all the mods! Thanks fellas for all the help!

Thats funny I did the same thing with the 3/8 cable clamps as I am sure many have done. About the 3rd or 4th time I carried it I must have banged up against something I not sure, but when I got home one of the cable clamps had broken off and I lost the fire steel. I've never replaced it, someday I will.

I am going to put my firesteel in the clamps then throw a ranger band over it to keep it from falling out and in case of a fail safe if clamp breaks.

I had a elastic band through the hole in the fire steel and down around the other end of the fire steel so it is beyond me how the thing fell out but it did. When I do it again I will put a ranger band around it. That was before I had ever heard of a ranger band.

I would like to know if the "Molle Lok" gen 3 works good with with the large TekLok. I have been worried that the BK2 is too heavy and will hang lose on the Molle webbing if mounted handle end up ,or in any position matter of fact!
