Tek-lok problem

To my utter joy, I got my Tek-lok in the mail today when I got home from work. I had purchased it for the Old Glory Arclite which should be arriving within the next few days. It seemed slightly large at the time, but i wasn't worried, being that the email receipt said that i would be getting the Mini like i had ordered(or meant to), not large version of it. However, when i measured it, it can accomodate belts up to 2.25 inches wide, meaning it won't fit the Arclite whenit gets here.
So what can i do now? Can anyone tell me where i can send it to have it exchanged, or at least what the 1-800 number to Blade Tech is? I couldn't find it at the website, and have no long distance on my phone for the number provided. Also, will they exchange it free of charge? I would hope so, being that i paid for a Mini sized one, as my email receipt from there plainly shows.
Any help would be very much appreciated in this matter. I would hate to finally be able to have bought the necesary equipment only to receive the wrong size in it and not be able to have it exchanged.

Get those guys on the phone and they should be able to exchange for the correct piece of gear ASAP!
 
I just got off the phone with Blade-Tech. After explaining the problem, the representative told me a Mini Tek-Lok will be shipped out to me today, and even let me keep the large one free of charge! Thanks to both Will abd Blade-Tech for their excellent customer service. :)

I know Tim Wegner (Blade-Tech owner) pretty well, and that is the way he does business...He runs his business (and his life) as a devout Christian, and it does show. To Tim, and all the folks at Blade-Tech, the Customer is very important to him, and Camillus is the same way. They are both top-notch companies.
 
That's great news for me to hear, i am also a Christain. Hope his walk is always blessed. And every one else's too.
