Tek-Lok type attachment: come in swivel form?

I have a couple of fixed knives with Kydex sheaths and Tek-Lok attachments for vertical carry. I just made my first Kydex sheath from a kit and would like to put a Tek-Lok type attachment but would like it to be a swivel type like old cell phone holsters had. It would allow me to easily switch between horizontal cross draw and vertical carry without changing the hardware on the attachment itself. Does such a thing exist?
