Tek-Lok

Has anyone tried Tek-Lok on leather sheath?
I ordered a few and at first glance I'm sure it can be done but would rather not reinvent the wheel. Also not even sure how to attach to kydex. Looks like several ways to do this but wondering what is the best. Easy to adapt to horizontial carry? TIA

Use Screws and posts just like you would a concealex belt loop...
