Been nostalgic about my first real EDC knife, the Spyderco Delica I carried from 2012-2014/15, and found an online retailer I like that still had the burgundy Micro-Melt PD#1 sprint in stock and at 20% off...I didn't stand a chance.

Years ago I had a Manix in Carpenter BD-30P steel (Carpenter cognate for S30V). I ended up giving it to my son.
Bought a new one in G10 and S30V at ~20% off their normal price.

I almost bought a Russian knife “not on sale” and Demko ti 20.5 that was a great deal but not a BF vendor anymore so can’t mention them. They were in and out of my cart all night lol.
Conclusion in the morning instead I bought A new Black Friday gun that was a smoking deal. Unfortunately I could not afford all 3 but I’m happy

Not a BF deal, but since I could convert a hefty sum of points with KC to a gift card, it knocked the inflation off of this smurf to an irresistible level:

But then last night, shopping for stuff for the kids...I remembered I had a coupon and points for DLT, too. Did I need a Demko? No, but getting one for more than half off didn't feel too selfish...
But that needs to be the last one.
