I picked up a SARsquatch 2008 Special Edition with the Competition Finish. I can't find too much info on it. How much are they worth? Not sure if I overpaid or not.

Can you hogs enlighten me? I would post a pic, but I hate Photobucket at the moment.

It's an awesome blade. Supposed to be one of the best from factory edges Busse had. I'd say anything around $550-$600 would be fair.

Awesome blade. It's the chase of that specific blade that got my pulse racing for Busse blades.

that was an EPIC ganzaaa....can you imagine the insanity if there were a do-over of those models today?:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::D

The PhotoBucket links that are not working say PB $500... I wonder if you could send them a Sarsquatch as payment?

Images may not work but the info is there :)

I have a shiny one, an original comp finish and one that is very interestingly modified. These are all on my do not sell ever list. I like this blade as a user for sure. I love the design and the chosen stock, and they do come with great factory edges, the one Comp Finish I have is original edge (I think), and very sharp and robust.

Indeed, I was more making fun of the PB500, than the info itself. The info is helpful to remind us that just 10 years ago INFI was going for today's SR-101 prices.

I don't think I ever did score one of those CF squatches, they were pretty sweet... which reminds me, I Icopy1 yours is a fake so you are gonna need to send it to me for proper disposal! ;)

Looking over that nostalgic thread, I just fell in love, with the Jackhammer.... Ohh La La!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I have a 2008 Special Edition Sarsquatch --- I will never get rid of it. It's a fantastic knife!

This one is going on the Exchange, if I can ever figure out how to post images now that Photobucket screwed us.
