Tell me about this knife!

Anyone owns this knife? Only thing I know is this is from TOPS.
I've never seen the coating like this, offset saw ...???
Any information
Material?
Price?
It is the real thing from　Ｔops or some crap copy model made in China?
Cliff Stamp any idea?
Any information about this knife will be appriciated.

I don't know, but it's pretty ugly - it has all the cons the knife can have - partially serrated blade, saw on the back, tanto shape

That was sort of a needless post.

The knife isn't my style, but it's a matter of preference and taste.

Do we really need to answer "tell me about this knife" questions with "it sucks and I hate it"?

The Steel Eagle is a very similar knife, same blade style, blood groove, saw back, serrations and similar handle and guard. On the one you show the saw and tooth pattern of the serrations are different, it is likely an old one as well as there was some dispute with Busse Combat with the front Talon hole unless that has been resolved. I would drop Brian Jones an email he is fairly familiar with TOP's and if he doen't know he can likely put you into contact with someone you does. You can also try asking on the Hoodlums forum as TOP's are well known there as well.
