Today I received a gift from my good friend that left me without words. I am pretty new to knife collecting and only have a few kershaws and dosen of spyderco's, and didn't care for other brands. The friend didn't want to tell me anything about the knife he just handed me a strange green trashed box, laughed and went away. I tought it was some kind of joke, but i opened the knife carefully wrapped in cloth and bubble wrap, and I saw CPM-S30V USA (0o), I said to my self this must be the real deal... I was so happy that I almost got a heart attack.
Anyways I'm home now here are some cellphone pictures of the knife (I will take detail pictures when my cousin returns me my DSLR):
The knife is Lonewolf Harsey T2 Ranger Camo, and it is supposedly a knife of the year 2004
(wiki: 2004 Field and Stream Magazine "Best of the Best" Award [9] (Harsey Tactical Ranger Folder, designed by Harsey and manufactured by Lone Wolf Knives))
I was unable to find detail information about this blade, i weighted it at 4.25 oz so liners must be titanium or something similar at this size, handle is something like FRN but realy sturdy and hard, with very nice camo finish. Blade is coated black and it has really nice finnish, the opening action is superultramegauber smooooooth. The knife doesn't seem to be used, and I literary cut myself testing sharpness as edge looked "not sharp"
So can anybody tell me more about this knife, point me to some review, and how much is it worth?
Thank you in advance
