yes that's a Philips screwdriver as well. Rostfrei is written on the bottle opener and can opener. Blade says inox solingen Germany and it said airborne on the scale.

It's a rendition of the 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division's shoulder sleeve insignia. Other than that looks to be a Victorinox knock-off.

Pretty much what leg hog said, a German knock off of the Victorinox. In all actuality, probably not a bad knife, and the tools will function at their intended task. It's got no great collectable value, so you may as well drop it in a pocket and use the heck out of it. It would be interesting to do some test cutting next to a similar size Victorinox and see how the blade does.

I have a knife almost identical, but labeled "Degen" instead of the screaming eagle shield. I believe it was made by Richartz in Germany. Mine is from the mid 90s, and I received it as a promotional gift.
Nice knife, almost but not quite of Vic quality. Mine has a tweaked blade tip from wedging open a locked door years ago...:(

It actually cuts nicely not as nicely as my carbon steel stockman that goes right through most wood and has a really small side angle but it cuts decently.
