I have always liked the buck 110 but never paid much attention to being able to date them by thier tang stamp. So, what stamps were used when? I always identified them as "old" with the "flat" bolsters and "newer" with the "beveled" bolsters. any dating info would be appriciated. I've learned to date case knives, it's time for me to learn to date bucks too. :D

McChugnut Trax prefers dating does...but any old port in a storm, as Sailor Mike would say... :D (or maybe Darryl)...

Good grief...why do I feel bad trying to be serious with this bunch? :)

I have a handy dandy data sheet that will help. It includes the 112 too. Just send me an email and I will email it to you.

The Fifth version should include a short run where there was Buck, 110, USA on three lines read with the point down. ;)
