  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

On a whim I just bought a 277 folding Alpha hunter. 154CM blade, Rosewood handle. Sportsmans Warehouse in Missoula had them for 65.00. Anyone think this was a good deal or did I pay more then I should have?

NGK has them for $60.00, and it says ATS34 steel, but guess that has changed to 154CM. By the time you add shipping you probably came out with an online price paid for the 277. I would think that you did ok.:D

I have to say, my other Bucks were sharp out of the box , but this has to be the sharpest new knife I have ever seen. I can't stop looking at it. I'll let you know when I cut myself.:D

...You did good GOSHEN...That's a terrific knife. Each one I have was and is among the sharpest Bucks ever right outa the box. I believe it's gotta be that ATS-34 steel that takes to the factory sharpening so well. I don't have any with the 154CM steel yet. They also STAY sharp too...

Sounds like I got a winner. I still can't stop looking at it. I may have a problem.:o
