Tell me I am seeing things.............

Guess you didn't notice:

"The handle is blackebed wood"

Not too many "blackebed" trees left in the world today! LOL

"Jaguar Stainless"...I'm not familiar with that alloy...

No spacers...You can definitely see the pin though... :D

Hmmm...That place is pretty much just across the river from where I work...

I think the old G96s are a better copy....everyone wants to be a Buck:)

Back in the late 70's, on a local country music station, there was a gunshop advertising G96 knives. "Looks like a Buck, Lasts like a Buck ..."
As a kid in school who already had a few Buck knives, I remember thinking, "Why not just buy a Buck?"

Bucks are still my favorite, and I make sure my Sons and Daughter are kept well supplied with them.

I bought a G96 lockback (it's still around somewhere) many years ago simply because I couldn't afford a Buck at that time.
I also remember buying my Dad a Schrade pocket knife for Father's day. I really wanted to get him one of the Buck 300 series, but there again, the budget wouldn't allow that so I had to settle for a cheaper knife.:(:(

Looks like the sheath is made from "artificial Naugahyde", too. Not many Nauga's living in captivity, either.

This is actually pretty cool, now being a buck knife lover and I'll be getting my real 119 back soon I wouldn't get somthing like it, but for somone who say doesn't have the extra money to buy a 40-50 dollar knife, this is a nice little copy.

Go to walmart spend 15bux more and get the real thing with a warrenty and a decent sheath that wont fall apart in the rain like that one probably will.
