I'm considering trying out GunKote on a few things and the first that came to mind was my Cold Steel Recon Scout. Directions call for 300 degrees for one hour. Can the handle on this knife withstand the heat of 300 degrees in the oven? Any help from the experts would be greatly appreciated.
