Temper for ATS-34 Back Spring

I'm making a couple of traditional slip joints with ATS-34 springs and need help with the temper to get a good spring. I remember Paul Bos posting his treatment but the search function didn't come up with anything. Thanks!

Andrew: Most of my customers use between R\C-46-50, On the ATS_34 I temper it @ 1100 to 1150 deg. F. Paul.

Thanks Paul! Just what I needed.

If you check back on this post could you give me your specs for heat treating ATS-34. I've seen a lot of differing numbers. I plan to temper in the lower range.
