Temperance 2 or Rocklobster?

Personally, Temperance 2. Love the design of the blade and the mocha handles look amazing. Lobster is a good looking knife, but I already have a lot of folders, and only 1 fixed blade(Kumo). Thats my choice.

I had a little extra cash & I got a Temperance 2 & I love it, its a very nice
knife, and also my first fixed Spyderco.

The Temperance 2, which is a beautiful knife. The Rocklobster is not to my taste, and I don't like liner locks.

I would choose the one you think you will get the most use out of. They both look great.

I'm going to turn against the tide here and say get the Rocklobster. Its unique design and shape lend itself to tasks not normally accomplished by standard folders.

The Temperance 2 is a very nice knife no doubt, and the F&F are flawless, but I'd rather get a RC-6.

but I will get the T2 first, just for me it is the the next Purchase I will make from Spyderco.

Well... if the $250 truly is magical, it would probably somehow have the innate ability to purchase both knives. BUT, I've never run across a magical $250.

If it were my choice, I'd get the Temperance 2 because I just don't like the looks of the Rock Lobster. The Rock Lobster is too big for my tastes and looks like it would take up a lot of pocket space. The Temp2 is a nice looking knife.

I'd say the lobster....love that blade shape. If the price were lower I would probably be edcing one...I keep "deciding" to buy it and not going through with it as it stands...

While "neither of the above" would be my normal answer, assuming I absolutely had to spend the money on one or the other of those two, it would be a simple choice for me. While I have no real need for another fixed blade, the Temperance 2 would win hands down. The Rock Lobster is so left hand unfriendly as to be downright hostile and, if that were not enough, the Temperance 2's beautifully contoured canvas micarta, in an eye pleasing color, beat the Lobster's flat slabs of fungus green G-10 any day.

I would get the lobster. I don't know why, but that thing just calls my name. I love that look. And i'm a righty anyway.

I would put the $ on a high shelf and forget it was there... until the Ti millie comes out. Congrats on your new purchase. And yes, I like to mention the Ti millie as often as possible in the hopes it hastens the release...

I would get the T2---my second one. When I carry both, one could be drawn RGEI, the other FGEU. Look out, m****r f****r!!
