My daughter got an 8-point buck last Monday. A nice sized deer, with a small rack, but to a 16 year old it was awesome! Anyway, I used my new Temperance 2 (and other knives as well) to skin, and process the deer on Tuesday. And just this morning, I used it to cut the hair and other flesh from the skull cap. The knife worked perfectly, and if any problems would have occurred, it would have happened this morning. The head was frozen, and the knives were cold as well. The pointy tip on the Temperance was very useful to get into all of the real tight spots on the head. I just examined the tip and edge, and they are perfect. Even scraping on the bone did not substantially dull the blade. This one gets a big  for ergonomics and materials. Sal has a big winner with this blade. A few pics below.
