Temperance
If you are looking for a knife made for hunting, camping, cooking and even self defence: here it is the Temperance. Made as a weapon and for the MBC program, the blade with the famous VG-10: strong reliable and long length biting steel. The flat grind blade similar to the Calypso Model gives a strong power of penetration.
The handle is a treasure of confort made all of curves . It is made of FRN and is flattened toward the blade and offers a really incredible confortable grip in normal or ice picks.
The handle is also very confortable when you are using gloves.
The sheath got enough retention to carry the knife upside down.
I carry mine IWB or with an holster.
I used mine on rubber and tomatoes and It has been used to cut wood (see picture enclosed) with absolutly no damage to the blade or the handle.
What I really like is the confidence you got when you are using the temperance even with wet and slippery hands.
Its a must when you are using the knife really hard. (Full ballistic blows on Pig Heads)
Also I have been testing the Temperance on kevlar, and the result are outstanding because of the force of the blow such handle permits to you.
The shape of the plade also offers outstanding penetration impacts.
Bravo Sal for this REAL tool !!!
