What it can do!

1) It fills my large hand like no other folder has, allowing me to grip as tightly as possible without my fingertips getting in the way.
2) Cuts cheese better than a Kershaw Boa, which for me had been the cats meow.
3) Has a lock, which prevents 99.999 percent chance of accidental release. The .001 % is to CMA but I believe it’s the pinnacle of lock design.
4) Finger grooves make it a lightning fast snap cutter ( I think it’s called a snap cut).
5) Indexing holes make grip changes quick and secure. Heck I never thought about doing this move but the indexing makes it intuitive.
6) Tip up carry. This is my first tip up and it is good!
7) Blade steel is most excellent at holding an edge. Heck without 440V I wouldn’t have bought the knife however, S30V would have been good also. Sal you listening, S30V in the Temperance with black handles, really only necessary because it will be an excuse to buy the leaf shape blade.

Learning curve!
Sometimes I try to clip it in upside down. The hole is on a bigger radius from the pivot pin, than for example on the Military, and at first I was unable to flick the blade open without flicking the wrist. I found out however that when carrying with the tip up my thumb goes down in the pocket and right to the hole and this allows me to draw, open and put the knife into very quick service.
After owning the Temperance folder for just over 1 day now, I am thinking it’s totally possible I’ll never buy another folder again, which is the first time I have had such thoughts!
