temperance specs?

I tried searching for these specs but came up empty handed. I was looking for thickness and closed length in particular. From what I've found the blades on both models are supposed to be 3 inches??? Thanks in advance for your help!
 
These measurements are approximations. I just used my models and a ruler and rounded very slightly.

Closed Length: 4.5"
Blade Length: 3"
OAL Length: 7.25"
The reason that the blade length and closed length don't add up to the OAL is because the handle crops out about 0.25" at the spine compared to the cutting edge.

Thickness of handle: 9/16"
Thickness including pocket clip: 0.75"
 
Well, to me, there's a detectable weight differnce between the leaf-point and the trailing-point. The leaf-point being heavier, of course, because the blade has more steel to it.

So I wonder what the weight for each is... I don't have any kind of a scale to use...
 
That may explain the two different numbers I've seen.

Several months ago Sal said that Lil' Temperance weighed 4.8oz

The 2002 catalog says Lil' Temperance weighs 4.25oz

So maybe:

Trailing = 4.25oz
Leaf = 4.8oz
 
So what is the blade length measured from the end of the hilt to the tip, which is how a cop will measure it in a jurisdiction with a 3" limit? I have yet to hear of one who doesn't measure the length of the exposed steel.
 
I just weighed a leaf version at 4.39 oz. I don't have a rhino here to weigh.

The blade on the leaf measured from the center of the hilt, straight to the tip is 3".
