Yep; it's just about time for the Spring Knob Creek meet, so it began raining last night. Looking at the extended forecast for Louisville, I see three more days of thunderstorms, two of showers, and the rest are cloudy to partly cloudy until Friday 4/3/09, which should be mostly sunny (with a low of 44°F to a high of 69°F). I wouldn't expect Knob Creek to get rained out again, but the ground may be pretty soft.

Amy, have you ever thought of combining two great passions and making a whiskey cheesecake? The closest recipie I can find is for a pumpkin bourbon cheesecake recipie but I'm willing to bet that you could do it! (And you'd certainly have no trouble finding volunteers to do some taste testing for you!)
