I just got my Spyderco Tenacious with the Blue G10 grip and I think I like it, especially for the price. $35.
The blade seems a little loose, (side to side) so I want to tighten it up a hair and also move the pocket clip
to the other side, but I am unfamiluar with the type of tool needed. (star like tool)
Can you let me know what I need to buy that will fit it?? (2 different sizes, one for blade, one for clip) <<--

It uses Torx bits. The old ones, if I remember right, used allen wrench screws. Newer ones have torx bits. I think the size is an eight or nine, can't remember off the top of my head. However a full set of torx bits is pretty cheap ( check most any hardware store ), and most knives use them now.

How do you like the SOG Aegis? I'm liking the blade and handle shape from the photo you posted.

If it is Torx, it is probably 6 and 8. If it is allen it is 1.5mm and 2mm. Just do not force anything and try different drivers to see which one feels the most solid. At that small of a size it is hard to visually see the difference between torx and allen. If it is allen a 1.5mm might be hard to find, but a little precision torx set can be had for under $10 and they normally include 4 on up to 10 I believe.

Ohh sorry to double post but yes I own one and it's torx....sorry I didn't feel like I implied that :D good luck

Thanks SO Much. Just went to ACE Hardware and got a 6 pc TORX set with T5 - T10 for $13.99
Pocket Clip is T6 and to tighten blade a little it was T8

Thanks, I LOVE the Aegis. It is so light and like you mentioned the shape is great in the hand. Everyone I have let hold it, says "WOW". It has been my EDC for a while now, but I most likely will start carrying the Tenacious.
