I cannot remember how these are supposed to go, so i'll make a diagram of how they are at the moment.

This is how i have seen it done on a few forums where people asked, however it does not feel good at all, the opening is not smooth, infact it is worse than all of my teflon washer blades, hopefully this is due to my improper reassembly.
if so, can someone show me how it should be? and if not, what should i do to smooth this up?
