Hey guys, sorry I've been sparce with my posts on here. I've just been busy.
I am happy to announce that I have been working with James Williams and his son Chris Williams of Williams Blade design on some projects. This is a huge honor for me.

This is actually the second project, I'll post the first once I have a completed video from them(Tatami mats were harmed)

This one is an Osaraku Zukuri style blade like they are well known. It has just over a 5" blade. It is CPM 3V with my custom high performance heat treat and Cryo.
The spine is beveled in a mitsu mune style. The menuki are texured and antiqued copper.
This one is a prototype pc, and I will be doing at least 10 of them for them hopefully in time for the SICAC Paris knife show in September. Chris is working on the menuki for those right now, which will be custom and likely silver.

That looks great! I have a couple of the Hissatsu pieces and they are superb.

A natural collaboration, for sure. So awesome, buddy!!!!

That's an evil transition to grind. Yow. You KILLED it, man!

Thanks very much guys, it's honor to be doing these.

Say that five times fast

Great work Ben as always

Are you ever going to offer knives in something besides 3V?
1. Why? Is there something wrong with it as a material choice? What material would you like to see?

2. Ben does a great job with the material in profile, grinds, finish and edge geometry. Would rather see(and buy) a maker's work that is excellent with one steel, rather than a maker who is mediocre with a multitude of steels.

Best Regards,
