Don't have any dates yet. sorry

There's still quite a few out there if you're looking to buy one (unless you're holding out for improvements).

IT'S BEING IMPROVED??? YAY!!!!!

I think one thing that should be added in a improved model would be a wire cutter. Not sure how you would work it but Its needed. IMO

sounds like spyderco needs a "miracle" innovation to get those wire clippers on. I will begin thinking about it.

Sounds great. Any improvements would be appreciated. I've never used one but playing with them at B&M's has left me with these observations:

The plier jaws seem rather shallow and limited in thier usefullness. By the way, most slip joint pliers include wire cutters, they just aren't very effective. You just get flat jaws that mash wire in half instead of cutting jaws.

The crescent wrench is great because it opens so widely but it seemed to have too much slop/play in the jaws.

It has a lot of original features but so many of them are a bit awkward to access and use.

Anyway, I eagerly await the revision. Thanks SAL !!

Can you give us any idea of what you're looking to improve?

I really like the SpydeRench. In fact, I've just recently started carrying mine again. But I do wish the tools were a little easier to access. And I would also like to see deeper jaws on the pliers.
