I think it would be very interesting to see how people's views, attitudes and choice of personal equipment have changed.
It would be cool if you would post what you'd take now and what your choice was in the original post.
If you didn't post in the first one just use the basic time frame (I was a mere lurker then too)
You can carry whatever knives (and guns etc.) you want, but you got to carry it on your body, in your pack etc. You could probably laden the wife (or significant other) with a few too.
