When I am in the exchange forums, i see people posting things like "bump" or btt and even bttt. I am new to the forum (exchange) and do not know what they mean. Can someone enlighten me?

bumping a thread means posting in order to place it at the top of the list (if you are at forum defaults and threads with newest messages are on top)

btt & bttt are just acronyms for bumping to the top

oh, I get it now. they do that to get it to the top of the list so people will see what they are selling. Thanks alot!

Yes, as explained above they are bumping the thread to the top of the forum so that more eyes see their trade/sale thread. By forum rules this is only allowed only once every 72 hours unless they are adding new information or changing the prices.
