Over the course of the last couple weeks I've been trying to decide on my next Fiddleback and had it narrowed down between a Bushfinger or a Terrasaur. I finally settled on the Terrasaur and snagged one from Jason at DLT in Tangerine burlap with natural canvas liners and white pin strips. It's made from 1/8" A2 stock and has a SFT and some nice spalting. DLT tossed in a Forest sheath with the Fiddleback logo etched on it to complete the package.
It showed up yesterday but tonight was the first time I really had a chance to spend much time with it. I took a few pictures as light was fading and thought I would share those tonight.
A few initial thoughts - Overall size is nice, it's a pretty good bump up in size from my Hiking Buddy but doesn't seem to add much more weight. I've carried similar sized knives in a Forest sheath before and they ride well on the belt. The tangerine burlap is really nice in person, lively and pops well in the sunlight. I am a fan of orange however I hadn't really thought too much about getting something with orange burlap until I saw this one available. The natural canvas liners and pins with white pin stripes set it off nicely. The handle ergo's feel fantastic, I'll know for sure how it performs after I get to put it to work but out of the box I really like how it feels. The contours fit my hand nicely and the handle is good sized. From the handful of Fiddleback's that I have handled, they all seem to have a buttery smooth feel to them, like no other knife I've handled. This example follows suit.
On to the pictures...

That orange really pops in the right light!

Love the spalting on the A2...

I generally wear a large glove - plenty of room with this handle for much larger sized hands.

Irises are blooming!

The natural canvas in the bullseye ties in nicely with the canvas pins.

Speaking of natural canvas - here are a couple shots with my Hiking Buddy

DLT tossed in some nice swag as well - couple nice patches and a couple decals. Pictured is once of the patches!

So far I'm really happy with my choice all around. Thanks for looking.
