Terror Monkey ??

So is the Terror Monkey a Battlemistress?

When were these made does anyone know and are there any available. I tried doing a search but it isn't working.

I thought I read somewhere that it was like a Zero Tolerance blade or something. Did they make the Terror monkey in different sizes?
 
The Terror Monkeys were made based on all three "Ergo" models and were an urban cammo finish. I am pretty sure many where made on ZT stock but am not sure about all of them. Many also had a few inches of serrations near the choil. There were also a few handle variations as I recall.
 
The name Terror Monkey described a series rather than an individual knife. There were Terror Monkey (TM) Natural Outlaws, Steel Hearts and Battle Mistress. They were made out of 3/16" stock and were similar in design to the ZT series but they were all urban shadow camo'd.

As Dunner pointed out there were several different handle variations and they were offered in conjunction with the Knob Creek Gun Shoot Fall of 2004.

Some had serrations, some did not, one had full serrations ;)

Very nice. Thanks for all the pics. So where these a military over run or were they just a specially named set.

They do look like Zero Tolerance E handles but with the EU handle instead. They look like they would be very confortable in the hand.

The one I got from Seth has a modified E-handle similar to the EU's. It is a Battlemistress, Zero Tolerance Version. The handle feels really good in my hand, but handles are such a personal choice. Seth Prefers the Basic Handle he got from me. I like the Basics as well, but the E-handles are my favorites by far and this E-handle is one of the best of all. My Clip-point desert NO is the only other one that feels as good.

Hello.... It was a joke, and IMO a pretty obvious one.
I'm not sure how what I wrote could have possibly upset anyone, but that was not my intent.

Don't worry I wasn't offended. However, sometimes internet communications can be easily misunderstood, much of the body language we read during verbal communications are lost over the internet(hence the reason for the smilies) so humor sometimes isn't easy to decipher.

I understood that you "hate" me because you really wanted my cool toys ;):p

And yes, you have seriously wicked awesome toys. It's like you have the worldest greatest portable saw in that TM. It's totally awesome.
In my book, that knife is as cool as watching a couple of hot chicks making out. :thumbup:
