Guard - Patinated stainless steel 1,4301
Handle - Ash wood knot
Average length - 40 cm (approx- 15,8 inches)
Blade width at widest point 50 mm (approx 2 inches ) mm , blade thickness 3,8 mm (0,14 inches).
