Not my picture. Terry took it but (he says) it's not Studio Quality. (He's pretty modest about his camera skills...)
Anyway, I'm hoping he'll post some specs on the piece. I know that it's Fiddleback maple on the handle and the temper line is amazing.
From Terry's email...
It's off to the sheathmaker right now but soon it'll be in my hands. Then, in a few weeks, you should see the same piece come up in the Reviews section.

The blade is forged from 1084 and is a little under 4" long. I believe it comes out to about 3-7/8". The overall length is about 8-3/4". The hardware is nickel silver, and the handle is curly maple. I did the handle based on a method I picked up from Bill Moran several years ago. It was stained and allowed to dry completely, then soaked in boiled linseed oil for a day -- about 18 hours. Once removed from the linseed oil, it was allowed to cure for about 5 days. At that point everything was lightly smoothed out with 0000 steel wool. The final step was a good hand-rubbed waxing to give it a nice natural sheen.
