Hey folks-


I just got off the phone with Terry, and his internet service has been down for around a week now. He was told it will probably be another 10-15 days before they get him back up and running.

With the internet being such a huge part of our business, Terry is quite concerned about staying in touch with his customers.

He's calling folks as he has time.

If you have tried to contact him, PLEASE understand he's not ignoring you, he just can't get online.

I've got my fingers crossed that they'll fix his service right quick.

Not a problem for me, as I usually call him to chat every week anyway. :)
 
BTT

I spoke with Terry last Friday and as of then he was still without internet service, but definitely welcomes customer contact by phone.
