Terzuola custom ID help please?

Hi all, I picked this up a few years ago in an auction. I am assuming it is a custom ATCF I am hoping someone here can fill me in on the materials used. I think other than the obvious Damascus bolsters it has Cape Buffalo scales? I don't know what the yellow metal inlay might be. As I say I'm pretty sure it is one of his higher end older customs but have no idea where it stands in the pecking order of these models. Any info on this piece would be GREATLY appreciated!

Looks real to me. Bob loved working in gold and did a lot of it. As for the scales, yes it could be Cape Buffalo but it could just as easily be one of the Asian Buffalo species. Definitely a higher end piece and a great find.
