Terzuola Design CQB1 knife

I was wondering about the Terzuola Design CQB1 knife. The specifications say it has a hand-blended black canvas micarta handle with stainless steel "driveless" screw construction. What is driveless screw construction? How is the handle attached?

I would guess it means its put together with screws and then the faces are ground off....hence no drive.
Cant be driven, cause aint got no drive left.
