What knife is it?

Is it a Buck auto conversion?
Not many autos have the thumbnail groove on the blade like that. The handle doesn't match up to any Buck I know unless it's some kinda Bucklite. Need a better picture

Looks like a Woodard Fer De Lance auto, but not in the blade. The blade makes me think it's a chinese knock-off of a Woodard.

Also looks a little like the older Benchmade Pardue, but again not in the blade.

Not sure I would trust their page, nothing wrong with that sized blade but serrations on a whittling knife
