Been having problems posting pics as well with my lap top no matter how I resize them. This morning I tried my phone with the same images and they loaded right up.
 
My photobucket is on the Fritz like the rest of the world :)

I have emails in to them so hopefully I get back on track

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on Photobucket. I found imgur very easy to use...
 
hey Joe, even though it take several tries for me to log in to my old photobucket account, I can still do it. Once I'm there, I'll save a few images to my desktop or a folder and then upload them to imgur. It's easier to use than photobucket and doesn't require any payment, ie; they won't hold your photos for ransom til you pay up for a membership.
I'm laid up for at least a couple weeks and have some time on my hands, so if I can help you out in some way, get at me
