Very cool IG! Nice lines and filework plus it's just a wicked looking thing! The finish makes it look like something ancient. :)
 
your right pete...that is a cool looking knife! you hit the nail on the head with the ancient thing! you know George isn't getting any younger:p :p :D

I like this latest one, too. But I think you should practice with your camers on that young woman of yours :)

To post the pic:

Do exactly what you did, then add "
" at the end, without the quotes. There can't be any spaces between these start and end things and the address....

Try it like that- it is pretty simple once you get one to work... lots easier than making knives!

that knife looks great! Any more on the workbench? I ground a blade out of that piece of cable and it looks great, I just have to heat treat it but it won't fit into my oven. Any chance your forge might be breathing fire tomorrow?

Chuck: I will not be home on Friday till after 3:00, but I will be home all day Saturday if you want to come on down and we will fire that baby up. Did you do anything with the other billet with the nickel in it????

The other billett is still sitting on my shelf waiting to get surface ground. I'll proballly grinnd half of it for bolster material and the rest for blades. I'll bring you my bar of 52100 to play around with. Hope you had a great christmas and I hope that Helen surprised you with her presents. Think Joe might grace us with his presence? If sat is good for you then i'll come down. Maybe we can start you on a folder?
