but if I click and paste the address from "properties", I get to the pic. Similar to the problem you used to have posting from :barf: PhotoPoint.
 
No pix anywhere here. I edited your post, John, copied the address of the pix and was able to get to it like that.
 
Time for the fabulously wealthy Mr.`Powell to go for the gold :)

That worked. I find this the easiest way to post a pix but you're in trouble if you want to post two or more pix or if the pix is a little large.
 
I tried it twice and it showed up and disappeared again...then I had to resubmit my password to reply. Guess it (or me) needs a little more work.

Not a pocket watch nor an early diaphragm, but a plain medallion. I'm sure it was added at a later date.

Got this on eBay years ago and I haven't done any major cleaning. There is a very similar knife in the Gurkha Museum 'back room'.
